Production Line

There are 3 sets of JLM280 type magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding equipment, 4 sets of MG800 type, 1 set of MG1500 type, 1 set of magnesium alloy pellet machine, 1 set of test bar mold, 1 set of large-scale three-dimensional and 2.5-dimensional high-end measuring equipment. It can trial-produce magnesium alloy parts with a net weight of 5 g to 4000 g per piece, and can provide special magnesium alloy material performance test capabilities. It can also provide the foundry capacity of 9000 pieces of magnesium alloy products (JLM280 type), 1500 grams/piece 4800 pieces (MG800 type), 3000 grams/piece 1200 pieces (MG1500 type) with daily net weight of about 100 grams/piece. It will also manufacture one MG2500 (the world's largest) by itself within the year.

It can undertake the foundry of magnesium alloy products in various fields such as electronic products, automobiles, aviation, bicycles, military industry, and robots.

OEM/ODM

EMT welcomes new and old customers to submit drawings and materials, and undertake OEM processing.

R&D

EMT has established R&D capabilities consisting of process experts in structural mechanics analysis, mold design, mold flow analysis, mold manufacturing, magnesium alloy material supply, magnesium alloy waste recycling, machining, surface treatment, spray coloring, etc.
The core team of our company is composed of excellent process engineers and equipment R&D engineers, with strong product development capabilities, trial production capabilities, and equipment manufacturing and maintenance capabilities.
With our efforts, the magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding process will change from an expensive and scarce process for high-end electronic products to an emerging process with excellent cost performance.
